In preparation for my upcoming trip to Thailand, I've been doing a little extra "self care" to ensure my dong stays in peak form. Here are my top tips for fellow travelers:

• If your insides are wet, your outsides are wet *whink* : Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and muscles supple.
• Stretch and Breathe: A few stretches each day can help maintain flexibility. Meditate keeping your ideal dong in your minds eye. Or as I like to call it: "my brains dong."
• Pack it in!: Prep your bags and make sure to bring along any favorite lotions or oils to keep things smooth, and glossy.
• Bedtime, Nighttime, Sleeptime: A good night's sleep is essential for overall health and dong vitality.

Woke Up this morning just like any morning and the first thing I did was check on my dong. And instead of the sultry, smooth, and oily dong I’m used to experienceing I felt a bit of discomfort. As you all know I made this space to give you fine people the raw uncut dong experience. So in the spirit of full disclosure I won't be able to post any dong pics for a little while as I get this checked out.
